NSDL E-Voting Instructions

The process and manner for remote e-voting are as under:

a. Open an email sent from NSDL on your registered email id and open the attached PDF file viz; “e-Voting.pdf” with your RSSDI Membership no. (only numeric) as password. The said PDF file contains your user ID and password for e-voting.

b. Click on Shareholder/ Member – Login - https://www.evoting.nsdl.com/eVotingWeb/commonhtmls/Login.jsp?userType=IN

d. Put user ID and password/PIN, enter verification code, click “I hereby agree to all Terms and Conditions” and click on Login. It is strongly recommended not to share your password with any other person and take utmost care to keep your password confidential.

e. After successful login please select EVEN of _________________________.

f. Cast your vote by selecting appropriate option and click on “Submit” and also “Confirm” when prompted.

h. Upon confirmation the OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number and/or registered mail id of member. Enter the OTP and click on Submit

i. Upon successful submission of OTP, the message “Vote cast successfully” will be displayed. You can also take a print of the voting done by you by clicking “Print“ option.

j. Once you confirm your vote, you will not be allowed to modify your vote.
